The Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC) wishes to announce administrative changes in the leadership structure of the Secretariat.  Accordingly, Mr. Joseph S. Neufville, who previously served the Commission in the capacity of Executive Director, has been appointed to the post of Technical and Policy Advisor to the Commission, while the Director of Finance and Administration, Mr. Joseph S.D. Suah, Sr., will run the day to day affairs of the Commission as Acting Executive Director pending the appointment of a new Executive Director.   These appointments take effect as of March 1, 2009.        

Meanwhile, all partner institutions/organizations including the World Bank, European Commission, Governance Economic Management Assistance Program (GEMAP), U.S. Government, procuring and concession Entities of government, the private sector among others are requested to direct all communications and inquiries about the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC) to the attention of Mr. Joseph S.D.
